Strength of our quality control department
14 full-time QC specialists, all with degrees or postgraduate qualifications from pharmaceutical, chemical analysis or related background. All analysts are certified and a majority of them are certified pharmacists.
The department has an area of 1,000 square meters, with set up ranging from chemical laboratory, precise instruments laboratory to HPLC room, GC room and microbiological testing room.
Most of the key analytical instruments are international renowned brands, with full support of validation compliance. These include Agilent 6890N gas chromatography, Aglient 1200 Series high-performance liquid chromatography, Dionex Summit HPLC; NICOLET 380 infrared spectrometer, AUTOPOL IV Polarimeter, Lambda25 UV-Vis spectrophotometer, Metrohm787 KF moisture analyzer, Binder KBF240 stability chamber, Milli-Q Academic ultrapure water meter and T50 METTLER titrator.
