Our production system is designed and run under cGMP principles with full compliance. The production department devotes to clean and civilized manufacturing process aiming at high efficiency and incessant improvement. Our objective is to ensure all our products are of top quality.
Our Management Philosophy
1. Cultivate a strong learning atmosphere. Core competency, in the end, is the competency of our people. To achieve this, production department emphasizes and promotes the continuous learning ability of our staff; we organize periodically cGMP trainings, and special practical trainings in different forms
occasionally. According to our development needs, we will also send our personnel to participate in external trainings.
2. Safety first. Safety is the utmost important. Production department organizes production strictly according to the company’s safety management principles. All production workshops and manufacturing equipments are
strictly operated in compliance with SOPs. Workers must be trained and qualified with safety education. In the course of production, operators must be equipped with safety measures.
3. Quality is non-negotiable. Production department has set-up perfect quality production system. cGMP ideas are infiltrated in 
every production and control process, from input of raw materials to output of APIs. In order to minimize control deviations and aberrations, we implement validations and re-validations periodically in the cleansing of key equipments, water system, HVAC system and production process.
Our Strength
Presently, all personnel of the production department have education of pharmaceutical, chemical manufacturing or related background. The majority of them are qualified as certified engineers and key posts are filled with certified pharmacists. One workshop is already in operation, specializing in producing anti-depressants APIs targeting to regulated markets. Our Citalopram Hydrobromide has already registered DMF by FDA, with other new products under file preparation. Another large-cost project for semi-synthetic antibiotics is under construction. Once finished, there will be two production lines for non-sterile and sterile cephalosporins, both using solvent-crystalization techniques and equipped with new-types of filling equipments ,which are of high-efficiency and energy-economy ,to ensure top-quality and low-cost products suppling the market.
